pokemon diamond and pearl,honey tree help

noticed some yellow trees scattered around hoenn?if you buy some honey from the honey man at the floaroma meadow,you can slather the honey on that tree.anywhere between 24 hours of the time after slathering,certain pokemon may get attracted there.

very common: wurmple,silcoon,cascoon
common:burmy,cherubi
uncommon:combee,aipom
rare:heracross
ultra rare:munchlax

as for combee,females are 99% rarer than males because they are able to evolve into vesipiquen while males cannot.there is no way of guaranteeing what pokemon appear.however,in each ID number registration in each game,certain honey trees may work better than the others.so you may try your luck at more than one tree at a time.a good place can be floaroma town with 3 trees nearby.you cannot change what pokemon has appeared,but however,their gender and level can be changed by resetting the game.

heracross and munchlax are very rare and below there is some cheats that may not work for you but did for me.WARNING,DO AT YOUR OWN BELIEF AND DONT BLAME ME IF IT DOESNT WORK.

for heracross:

-if 3.00pm is the time you slathered the tree,come exactly 10 mins before the 12-hour streakline,which is at 2.50 am.make sure you are not playing the game between this time.

-try having a pinsir as your lead pokemon or a volbeat.

for munchlax:

-if 3.00pm was the time you slathered the tree,come exactly 10 mins after the 12-hour streakline,which is at 3.10 am.

-try having your lead pokemon hold a leftovers.

there is no confirmed way of attracting female combees yet.just keep resetting.good luck.
